Avitail is an inventory manager for private and business jets. Each aircraft becomes a browsable map of its own storage — so the answer to “where is it, and do we have enough?” takes a moment, not a walkthrough.

Pins on a photo of the actual cabin. Point at where it is, not at what it's called.

Fuzzy search across the whole aircraft, including the names nobody agrees on.
Built for the air
Crews work where there is no signal, so Avitail is offline-first rather than offline-tolerant. Every aircraft is copied to the device and stays fully usable with the connection off — browse it, search it, edit it, photograph it. Edits are reconciled when you land, and the app tells you plainly when two people changed the same thing.
The whole crew, one source of truth
Invite the crew to an aircraft and everyone sees the same inventory, with roles for who can change it. Every change is attributed and logged, so “I thought we restocked that” has an answer. It replaces the linked PDFs and the spreadsheet that only one person maintains.
Faster than typing
Restocking a galley by hand is the reason inventories go stale. Avitail can read a shelf from a photo, or take a spoken walkthrough and turn it into draft changes. Nothing is written from a guess: every AI-drafted change is a proposal you review and approve first.
